雷公藤多苷治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的疗效及对氧化应激水平的影响

Effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside on Mild to Moderate Atopic Dermatitis and Its Effect on Oxidative Stress

摘要 目的:探讨雷公藤多苷治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的疗效以及对氧化应激水平的影响。方法:选取笔者单位皮肤科门诊治疗的113例AD患者,按照随机数字法分为联合用药组(n=57)和对照组(n=56),所有患者均接受30 d的治疗。使用SCORAD评分、皮肤病变范围、皮损严重程度和瘙痒评分观察患者治疗情况,采用化学比色法检测血清中MDA、SOD、CAT的水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者年龄、性别、病程、SCORAD评分、皮肤病变范围、皮损严重程度和瘙痒评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经用药治疗后,联合用药组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的76.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合用药组的SCORAD评分、皮肤病变范围、皮损严重程度和瘙痒评分指标均明显优于对照组,联合用药组和对照组治疗后的MDA、SOD和CAT水平较治疗前明显改善,且联合用药组治疗后MDA水平显著低于对照组治疗后同期水平,联合用药组治疗后SOD和CAT水平明显高于对照组同期水平,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷联合自制剂维生素E乳膏治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的效果优于单独使用自制剂维生素E乳膏治疗,且能有效改善MDA、SOD和CAT的水平,对抗氧化应激能力。 Objective To investigate the eff ect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside on mild to moderate atopic dermatitis and its eff ect on oxidative stress.Methods 113 cases of AD patients in dermatology outpatient department were randomly divided into combination group(n=57)and control group(n=56).All patients were treated for 30 days.The SCORAD score,the range of skin lesions,the severity of skin lesions and pruritus score were used to observe the treatment.The levels of MDA,SOD and cat in serum were detected by chemical colorimetry.Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in age,gender,course of disease,SCORAD score before treatment,range of skin lesions,severity of skin lesions and pruritus score between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the total eff ective rate of the combined treatment group was 94.74%,and that of the control group was 76.79%.The total eff ective rate of the combined medication group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,SCORAD score,range of skin lesions,severity of skin lesions and pruritus score in the combined medication group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group.The levels of MDA,SOD and cat in the combined medication group and the control group after treatment were significantly improved,and the MDA level in the combined medication group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group at the same period after treatment The levels of SOD and cat in the combined treatment group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group at the same period after treatment,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The eff ect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with vitamin E cream made by our hospital in the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis is better than that of vitamin E cream made by our hospital alone,and can eff ectively improve the levels of MDA,SOD and cat,and resist oxidative stress.
