改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术在睑袋整形中的应用效果与美学评价

Effect and Aesthetic Evaluation of Modifi ed Myocutaneous Flap Combined with Orbital Septum Fixation in Blepharoplasty

目的:探讨改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术在睑袋整形中的效果及对美学评分的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年2月于笔者医院行睑袋整形的108例就医者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(肌皮瓣法)54例,观察组(改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术)54例。对两组就医者的临床疗效及术前后睑袋程度、下睑皮肤皱纹、睑泪沟、皮肤光泽度、美学评分及术后并发症情况予以记录。结果:观察组2例未愈,23例好转,29例治愈;对照组未愈人数较观察组多7例,好转26例,19例治愈,观察组总有效率96.29%显著高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组就医者术前眼部指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后睑袋、下睑皱纹程度观察组均轻于对照组,观察组皮肤光泽较对照组提升(P<0.05)。两组就医者术前美学评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后美学评分观察组较对照组升高(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率14.81%高于观察组3.70%(P<0.05)。结论:改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术对于睑袋整形效果较好,就医者术后美学评分显著提升,并发症少,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified myocutaneous flap combined with orbital septum fixation in blepharoplasty and its infl uence on aesthetic score.Methods From January 2018 to February 2020,108 patients in our hospital who needed blepharoplasty were selected and randomly divided into control group(myocutaneous fl ap method)with 54 cases and observation group(improved myocutaneous flap method combined with orbital septum fixation)in 54 cases The skin wrinkles,eyelid lacrimal groove,skin gloss,aesthetic score and postoperative complications were recorded.Results In the observation group,only 2 cases were not cured,23 cases were improved and 29 cases were cured.In the control group,7 cases were not cured,26 cases were improved and 19 cases were cured.The total eff ective rate of the observation group was 96.29%,signifi cantly higher than 83.33%of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The diff erence of eye indexes between the two groups before operation was no signifi cant diff erence(P>0.05),and the degree of eyelid wrinkles after operation in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the skin luster of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative aesthetic score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the postoperative aesthetic score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 14.81%higher than that in the observation group(3.70%,P<0.05).Conclusion The improved myocutaneous fl ap combined with orbital septum fi xation has good eff ect on baggy plastic surgery,and the postoperative aesthetic score is significantly improved,with less complications,which is worthy of promotion.
