南疆地区某基层县医院口腔颌面外科住院病例7年回顾分析

Inpatients of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in a Local Hospital of South Xinjiang Region:A 7-Year Retrospective Analysis

目的:分析南疆地区某基层县医院口腔颌面外科住院患者的疾病构成特点和治疗转归。方法:回顾南疆地区于田县人民医院口腔科2013年11月-2020年10月住院患者病历共1067份,统计住院患者的基本资料,按疾病名称和类型进行归类,分析其构成和发病原因,并探讨疾病的治疗转归。结果:1067例住院患者,男女比例50.89:49.11,维吾尔族占98.5%,汉族占1.2%,蒙古族占0.3%。共统计得到疾病名称82个,其中占前五位的依次是间隙感染、软组织损伤、颌下淋巴结炎、颌骨骨折及颈淋巴结核。1067例患者归类得到8个主要疾病病种名称,按数量排序分别为颌面部感染、损伤、肿瘤、牙槽外科疾病、面神经疾病、唇腭裂、唾液腺疾病及口腔黏膜病。各主要病种占全部病例的86.32%,其他疾病占13.68%。前十五位主要疾病总治愈加好转率为95.92%。结论:南疆地区基层医院口腔颌面外科住院患者疾病构成有自身的特点,应有针对性地采取疾病防治措施。

Objective To analysis the disease formation and the treatment outcomes of the oral and maxillofacial surgery inpatients in a local hospital of south Xinjiang region.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 1067 oral and maxillofacial surgery inpatients in the Department of Stomatology,The People’s Hospital of Yutian County from November 2013 to October 2020.The cases were categorized by the disease name and type.The cases’formation and the causes of the diseases were analyzed.The treatment outcomes of the cases were also explored.Results The incidence of the diseases of men was higher than that of women(50.89:49.11).The Uygur ethnic group accounts for 98.5%,while the Han ethnic group 1.2%and the Mongolian ethnic group 0.3%.82 disease names were obtained from the cases.The proportion of the top fi ve of them are as follows:oral and maxillary space infection,soft tissue injury,submaxillary lymphadenitis,jaw fracture,tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes.8 main disease names were obtained according to the category of the cases:oral and maxillofacial infection,injury,tumors,alveolus surgery,facial nerve disease,cleft lip and palate,salivary gland disease and oral mucosa disease.The proportion of the 8 main names is 86.32%while that of the other disease names is 13.68%.The total cure rate plus the improvement rate of the top 15 cases are 95.92%.Conclusion The disease formation of oral and maxillary surgery inpatients in the local hospital of south Xinjiang region has its own characteristics,specifi c measures should be adopted to cope with them.
