可吸收缝线对输液港置入术后切口愈合的影响及护理配合

Infl uence of Absorbable Suture on Incision Healing after Infusion Port Implantation and Nursing Coordination

目的:探讨可吸收缝线对输液港置入术后切口愈合的影响及护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2020年12月笔者医院接受输液港置入术的132例患者的临床资料,按照手术缝线的差异分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=64)使用传统丝线,观察组(n=68)使用可吸收缝线,同时进行适当的护理干预。比较两组手术时间、术后最高体温及切口愈合情况,记录术后切口相关并发症发生情况及切口满意度。结果:两组手术时间和术后最高体温比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术切口愈合时间短于对照组,手术切口美容满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组愈合等级及手术切口并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:可吸收缝线不增加输液港置入术后切口感染,可促进切口愈合,缩短切口愈合时间,具有较好的疗效和安全性,且手术切口美容满意度更高。另外加强护理干预能够显著促进创面修复和愈合。

Objective To explore the eff ect of absorbable suture on incision healing after infusion port implantation and nursing countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 132 patients who received infusion port implantation in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the control group(n=64,used traditional silk suture)and the observation group(n=68,used absorbable suture.).At the same time,appropriate nursing intervention was carried out.The operation time,postoperative maximum body temperature and wound healing were compared between the two groups,and the related complications and wound satisfaction evaluation were recorded.Results There was no signifi cant difference in operation time and postoperative maximum temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).The healing time of surgical incision in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the beauty satisfaction of surgical incision was higher than that in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the healing grade and the incidence of surgical incision complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Absorbable suture does not increase incision infection after infusion port implantation,which can promote incision healing and shorten incision healing time.It has good curative eff ect and safety,and the satisfaction of surgical incision beauty is higher.In addition,strengthening nursing intervention can signifi cantly promote wound repair and healing.
