知识生产转型视角下的劳动与社会保障一流专业建设探究——以财经类应用型本科高校为例

Research on Construction of First-class Specialty in Labor and Social Security from the Perspective of Transition of Knowledge Production:A Case Study of Application-Oriented Collages and Universities in Finance and Economics

知识生产转型突破了传统学科知识生产框架,一流专业建设应在需求引领下实现变革。试对劳动与社会保障专业分类发展、特色发展方案进行探讨,针对财经类应用型本科高校展开具体的论述。劳动与社会保障专业建设类型可以分为三大类,财经类应用型本科高校一流专业培养需要坚持三原则,通过儒商精神与立德树人相结合、校政融合与校企融合相结合、深度培养与广博培养相结合等策略实现一流专业建设。

The transition of knowledge production has broken through the framework of traditional discipline knowledge production,and the construction of first-class specialty should be reformed under the guidance of demand.This paper attempts to discuss the classified development and characteristic development scheme of labor and social security specialty,and the specific discussion is carried out for finance and economics in application-oriented collages and universities.The specialty of labor and social security can be divided into three main categories;Three principles should be adhered to in the cultivation of first-class finance and economics specialties in collages and universities.Through the combination of Confucian spirit and moral education,the integration of government's roles and universities'governance,and the school-enterprise integration,the combination of elite training and extensive training and other strategies to achieve first-class specialty construction.
