丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的价值

Value of Butylphthalide Injection Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究应用丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:从2020年1月-2021年1月湘南学院附属医院收治的急性脑梗死患者中随机抽取109例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法,分成对照组、研究组,分别49、60例,对照组应用依达拉奉治疗,研究组应用依达拉奉联合丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后各项评分和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的变化。结果:治疗后,研究组美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分为(10.49±3.47)分,较对照组的(14.17±2.95)分低;日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分为(67.49±5.24)分,较对照组的(63.19±2.48)分高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后生活质量评分量表(SF-36)各维度评分及临床总有效率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Hcy、MDA水平较对照组低,SOD水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:应用丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果较为理想,且更有利于改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,提升生活的质量。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide Injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 109 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to random number expression,they were divided into control group and study group,49 cases and 60 cases,respectively.The control group was treated with Edaravone,and the study group was treated with Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Injection.The therapeutic effect,the changes of scores and homocysteine(Hcy),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After the treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score in the study group was(10.49±3.47)points,which was lower than the(14.17±2.95)points in the control group,the activity of daily living scale(ADL)score was(67.49±5.24)points,higher than(63.19±2.48)points of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the quality of life score scale(SF-36)and the total clinical effective rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy,MDA in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SOD in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide Injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is relatively ideal,and it is more beneficial to improve patients’neurological defects and improve their quality of life.
