小切口松解术联合中药治疗腕管综合征的效果

Effect of Small Incision Release Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

目的:探讨小切口松解术联合中药治疗腕管综合征的效果。方法:回顾性选取2015年1月-2019年12月泉州市正骨医院收治的单侧134例腕管综合征患者为研究对象。依据诊疗方案的不同将其分为治疗组(n=40)与对照组(n=94)。对照组采用小切口松解术治疗,治疗组采用小切口松解术联合补阳还五汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗后10 d疼痛情况,治疗前及治疗后30 d手部功能,治疗前及治疗后3个月腕关节运动功能。结果:治疗组的治愈率为72.50%,总有效率为97.50%,均高于对照组的48.94%、84.04%(P<0.05)。治疗后10 d,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后30 d,治疗组Carroll评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,治疗组尺偏、桡偏、背伸、掌屈活动度及总运动功能均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小切口松解术联合中药治疗腕管综合征对腕关节功能的改善效果更为显著,有效减轻了局部症状,促进了手功能的恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of small incision release combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Method:A total of 134 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic-traumatological Hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=94)according to different diagnosis and treatment schemes.The control group was treated with small incision release,and the treatment group was treated with small incision release combined with Buyang Huanwu Decotion.Clinical efficacy,pain condition before and 10 d after treatment,hand function before and 30 d after treatment,wrist joint motor function before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The cure rate of the treatment group was 72.50%,and the total effective rate was 97.50%,which were higher than 48.94%and 84.04%of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group 10 days after treatment(P<0.05).30 days after treatment,Carroll score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the range of motion of ulnar deviation,radial deviation,back extension,palmarflexion and total motor function in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision release combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome has a more significant effect on the improvement of wrist joint function.It effectively reduce local symptoms and promote the recovery of hand function,which is worthy of promotion.
