五位一体护理对肺癌胸外科手术患者的影响

Effect of Five-in-one Nursing on Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Thoracic Surgery

目的:研究五位一体护理对肺癌胸外科手术患者的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年9月浠水县中医院收治的85例需要进行胸外科手术的肺癌患者。以2020年1月本院开始实施五位一体护理方式为界限,将2019年6-12月的45例患者纳入对照组,2020年1-9月的40例患者纳入试验组。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受五位一体护理。比较两组围手术期指标、护理前后焦虑和抑郁评分、并发症及护理满意度。结果:试验组拔管时间、首次下床时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较护理前明显降低(P<0.001),试验组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:五位一体护理能有效促进肺癌胸外科手术患者的快速康复。

Objective:To study the effect of five-in-one nursing on patients with lung cancer undergoing thoracic surgery.Method:Eighty-five patients with lung cancer who needed thoracic surgery were selected from June 2019 to September 2020 in Xishui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The implementation of five-in-one nursing method in our hospital in January 2020 as the boundary,45 patients from June to December 2019 were included in the control group,and 40 patients from January to September 2020 were included in the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group received five-in-one nursing.Perioperative indicators,anxiety and depression before and after nursing,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The extubation time,first time out of bed,bowel sound recovery time and first defecation time in experimental group were earlier than those in control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.001),after nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The five-in-one nursing can effectively promote the rapid recovery of patients with lung cancer undergoing thoracic surgery.
