复方杜仲健骨颗粒治疗Ⅱ型原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨复方杜仲健骨颗粒在Ⅱ型原发性骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月北京市羊坊店医院和北京市二龙路医院收治的110例Ⅱ型原发性OP患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组给予Ⅱ型原发性OP常规治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上给予复方杜仲健骨颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后骨密度、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为94.55%,显著高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组L_(2~4)和髋部骨密度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应,肝肾功能指标未见异常。结论:复方杜仲健骨颗粒治疗Ⅱ型原发性OP临床效果显著,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective:To explore application effect of Compound Duzhong Jiangu Granules in the typeⅡprimary osteoporosis(OP).Method:A total of 110 patients with typeⅡprimary OP admitted to Beijing Yangfangdian Hospital and Beijing Erlong Road Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given typeⅡprimary OP routine treatment,and the observation group was given Compound Duzhong Jiangu Granules treatment on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,bone mineral density before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,L^(2-4) and hip bone mineral density in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions and no abnormal in the indexes of liver and kidney function in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Compound Duzhong Jiangu Granules in the treatment of typeⅡprimary OP is significant,which is worthy of further promotion.
