丙泊酚+右美托咪定+盐酸戊乙奎醚在宫腔镜手术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Propofol+Dexmedetomidine+Penehyclidine Hydrochloride in Hysteroscopic Surgery

目的:探讨丙泊酚+右美托咪定+盐酸戊乙奎醚在宫腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年8月厦门市同安区中医医院收治的80例接受宫腔镜手术治疗的患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组单纯应用丙泊酚麻醉方式,观察组给予丙泊酚+右美托咪定+盐酸戊乙奎醚麻醉方式。比较两组麻醉诱导前(T_(0))、扩张宫颈时(T_(1))、宫颈内操作时(T_(2))、宫腔镜检查结束时(T_(3))的心率(HR)与平均动脉压(MAP),镇静效果及不良反应。结果:两组T_(0)HR、MAP比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)HR、MAP均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组充分镇静率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉给药后,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚+右美托咪定+盐酸戊乙奎醚的麻醉方式用于宫腔镜手术麻醉中,可以维持生命体征的稳定,取得良好镇静效果,并且还对减少不良反应发生有积极作用。

Objective:To investigate application effect of Propofol+Dexmedetomidine+Penehyclidine Hydrochloride in hysteroscopic surgery.Method:From December 2020 to August 2021,a total of 80 patients who received the hysteroscopic surgery treatment in Xiamen Tong’an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Propofol anesthesia method alone,and the observation group was given the Propofol+Dexmedetomidine+Penehyclidine Hydrochloride anesthesia method.The heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)before anesthesia induction(T_(0)),at dilating the cervix(T_(1)),at intracervical operation(T_(2))and at the end of hysteroscopy(T_(3)),sedative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in HR and MAP between the two groups at T_(0)(P>0.05).At T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),HR and MAP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The full sedation rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After anesthesia administration,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol+Dexmedetomidine+Penehyclidine Hydrochloride in hysteroscopic surgery anesthesia can maintain the stability of vital signs,achieve good sedation effect,and has a positive effect on reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
