复方聚乙二醇电解质散在泌尿外科术前肠道准备中的应用

Application of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder for Preoperative Gastrointestinal Preparation in Urology

目的:观察和探讨泌尿外科患者术前口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散代替术前灌肠的可行性、安全性及护理要点。方法:选择2019年4月-2020年4月在联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院泌尿外科手术患者共100例,随机分为试验组(n=52)和对照组(n=48)。试验组术前晚口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散164.40 g,对照组予术晨常规硫酸镁甘油溶液灌肠1次。比较两组患者耐受率、肠道清洁度、排便情况、不良反应、麻醉后残留肠道分泌物排出、术后排气时间。结果:试验组耐受率高于对照组(P<0.05);肠道清洁度高于对照组(P<0.05);患者清洁肠道有效率高于对照组(P0.05);试验组麻醉后无肠道残留物排出;对照组有2例麻醉后有肠道残留物排出;试验组不良反应较对照组少(P<0.05);术后肠道排气时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科患者术前胃肠道准备中,口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散优于常规灌肠,实施简单,安全有效,患者易于接受,操作省时,是一种较好的肠道准备方法。

Objective:To observe and explore the feasibility,safety and nursing points of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder for preoperative intestinal preparation in urology patients.Method:From April 2019 to April 2020,a total of 100 surgical patients in department of urinary surgery,the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force were included and randomized into the experiment group(n=52)and the control group(n=48).In the experimental group,164.40 g of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder were orally taken at the last night before surgery,and the control group received enema with Magnesium Sulfate Solution on the morning of operation day.The two groups were compared in terms of patient tolerance,intestinal cleanliness,bowel condition,adverse reactions,the residual intestinal secretion discharge after anesthesia,and exhaust time after operation.Result:The tolerance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05);the intestinal cleanliness degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of intestinal cleaning was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no intestinal residue discharged after anesthesia.In the control group,there were 2 cases of intestinal residue discharged after anesthesia,the side effects of the experimental group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups in exhaust time after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder is superior to conventional enema in preoperative gastrointestinal preparation of urology patients.It is simple,safe and effective,easy to be accepted by patients,and time saving.It is a better method of intestinal preparation.
