摘要
目的:选取老年脑梗死偏瘫患者智能运动系统干预措施的相关证据,并对最佳证据进行总结,为医护人员采取高效运动干预提供参考。方法:使用关键词组合计算机检索JBI Summary、Web of Science、the Cochrane library、PubMed、NICE、UpToDate、CINAHL、CNKI、中国生物医学文献数据库等相关中英文数据库及权威网站,查阅关于老年脑梗死偏瘫患者智能运动系统干预措施的所有证据。由2名研究者对纳入文献质量评估,并对符合质量标准文献实施证据提取、分析与整理。结果:经过2轮筛选最终纳入8篇文献,其中包括:随机对照试验3篇,观察性研究3篇,病例系列研究1篇,指南评价1篇。通过对纳入证据内容分析、整理,围绕评估和检查、智能运动训练仪器与设备、具体操作、训练内容、运动强度和时间5个方面形成15条最佳证据。结论:老年脑梗死偏瘫患者智能运动系统干预措施,通过多类智能运动训练仪器与设备操作及训练内容优劣式分析,制定较为全面、合理的运动时间、强度等,实际临床医护人员采取上述最佳证据时,应积极结合实际环境、人物做出改善,以提升老年脑梗死偏瘫康复效果与进展。
Objective:To select the relevant evidences of intelligent motor system intervention measures in elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hemiplegia,and to summarize the best evidence so as to provide reference for medical staff to take effective motor intervention.Method:Relevant Chinese and English databases and authoritative websites such as JBI Summary,Web of Science,the Cochrane library,PubMed,NICE,UpToDate,CINAHL,CNKI and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were searched by combining keywords with computer retrieval,and all evidences on intelligent motor system intervention measures in elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hemiplegia were reviewed.Two researchers evaluated the quality of the included literatures,and carried out evidence extraction,analysis and collation of literatures that met the quality standard.Result:After 2 rounds of screening,8 literatures were finally enrolled,including 3 randomized controlled trials,3 observational studies,1 case series study and 1 guideline evaluation.Through the content analysis and collation of the included evidence,15 best evidences were formed around 5 aspects such as evaluation and inspection,intelligent motor training instruments and equipment,specific operations,training content,and exercise intensity and time.Conclusion:In terms of intelligent motor system intervention measures for elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hemiplegia,it is necessary to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of operations of a variety of intelligent motor training instruments and equipment and training content to formulate a more comprehensive and reasonable motor time and intensity.Clinical medical staff should actively combine the actual environment and people when taking the best evidence mentioned above with the aim to improve the rehabilitation effect and progress of elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hemiplegia.
