癌症一直是全球关注的公共卫生问题,其中肺癌的死亡率占比最高,目前,我国肺癌发病率和死亡率逐年上升。到2020年,从发病率和死亡率来看,肺癌将居所有肿瘤之首。手术仍然是早期肺癌最有效的治疗方法,随着微创技术的发展和成熟,胸腔镜治疗肺癌越来越得到外科医师们的认可。本文将介绍肺癌的流行病学及总结胸腔镜治疗肺癌的特点和研究进展。

Cancer has been a public health issue of global concern,among which lung cancer has the highest mortality rate,and the incidence and mortality rate of lung cancer in China are currently increasing year by year.By 2020,the incidence and mortality rate of lung cancer will be at the top of all tumors.Surgery is still the most effective way to treat early-stage lung cancer,and with the development and maturation of minimally invasive techniques,thoracoscopic treatment of lung cancer is increasingly recognized by surgeons.In this article we will introduce the epidemiology of lung cancer and summarize the characteristics and research progress of thoracoscopic treatment of lung cancer.
