亲水性软性角膜接触镜在眼表疾病治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of hydrophilic soft contact lens in the treatment of ocular surface diseases

目的观察眼表疾病患者应用亲水性软性角膜接触镜的治疗效果。方法100例眼表疾病患者,通过抽签法分为对比组和讨论组,每组50例。对比组采用常规疗法,讨论组在常规疗法的基础上实施亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗方案。比较两组患者生活质量评分、治疗效果、角膜刺激症改善效果。结果治疗后,讨论组患者的生理功能评分(90.72±3.16)分、躯体健康评分(92.33±3.02)分、情感职能评分(92.89±3.24)分、精神健康评分(93.05±3.14)分均高于对比组的(83.25±5.67)、(85.47±5.18)、(84.96±5.36)、(85.78±5.29)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对比组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论组患者角膜刺激症改善总有效率98.00%高于对比组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床通过常规方案为眼表疾病患者提供治疗的同时,再联用亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗方法后,临床疗效可以得到显著提升。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hydrophilic soft contact lens in the treatment of ocular surface diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with ocular surface diseases were divided into the comparison group and the discussion group by lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The comparison group received conventional therapy,and the discussion group received hydrophilic soft contact lens treatment on the basis of conventional therapy.The quality of life,therapeutic effect,and improvement effect of corneal irritation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,patients in the discussion group had higher physiological function scores(90.72±3.16)points,physical health scores(92.33±3.02)points,emotional function(92.89±3.24)points,and mental health scores(93.05±3.14)points than(83.25±5.67),(85.47±5.18),(84.96±5.36),and(85.78±5.29)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.00%in the discussion group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improvement of corneal irritation 98.00%in the discussion group was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion While providing treatments for patients with ocular surface diseases through conventional therapy,the clinical efficacy is significantly improved after combined treatment with hydrophilic soft contact lenses.
