垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油急救治疗大咯血的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin in emergency treatment of massive hemoptysis

目的探究垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油急救治疗大咯血患者的临床疗效。方法48例大咯血患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组接受垂体后叶素治疗,观察组接受垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血红蛋白水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血红蛋白水平(92.30±5.36)g/L高于对照组的(85.63±4.47)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率8.33%低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对大咯血患者中应用垂体后叶素+硝酸甘油进行急救治疗可提升临床效果,改善患者血红蛋白水平,且治疗安全性理想,具深入研究价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin in emergency treatment of massive hemoptysis.Methods A total of 48 patients with massive hemoptysis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pituitrin,and the observation group was treated with pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and hemoglobin levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level(92.30±5.36)g/L in the observation group was higher than(85.63±4.47)g/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 8.33%in the observation group was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with massive hemoptysis,the application of pituitrin and nitroglycerin treatment can improve the clinical effect,improve the hemoglobin level of patients,and the treatment safety is ideal,which is valuable for in-depth research.
