德谷门冬双胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of insulin degludec/insulin aspart combined with Shenqi Jiangtang granules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病患者采取德谷门冬双胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗的效果。方法94例2型糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组47例。对照组采取德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗,观察组采取德谷门冬双胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标、胰岛素敏感指数和胰岛素抵抗指数,治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者的空腹血糖(6.42±1.21)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(10.69±1.15)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.41±1.03)%低于对照组的(8.96±1.84)mmol/L、(12.17±1.84)mmol/L、(8.12±1.25)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胰岛素敏感指数高于本组治疗前、胰岛素抵抗指数低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的胰岛素敏感指数高于对照组、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率91.49%高于对照组的76.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论德谷门冬双胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒应用于2型糖尿病患者中能起到良好的降糖效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin degludec/insulin aspart combined with Shenqi Jiangtang granules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 patients with type 2diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin degludec/insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with insulin degludec/insulin aspart and Shenqi Jiangtang granules.The blood glucose index,insulin sensitivity index and insulin resistance index before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the fasting blood glucose(6.42±1.21)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(10.69±1.15)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin(6.41±1.03)%in the observation group were lower than(8.96±1.84)mmol/L,(12.17±1.84)mmol/L,and(8.12±1.25)%in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin sensitivity index of the two groups was higher than that of this group before treatment,and the insulin resistance index was lower than that of this group before treatment;the insulin sensitivity index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the insulin resistance index was lower than that of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 91.49%of the observation group was higher than 76.60%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin degludec/insulin aspart combined with Shenqi Jiangtang granules can have a good hypoglycemic effect in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
