社区医院中药师药学服务模式的应用价值探讨

Application value of pharmaceutical care mode for Chinese pharmacists in community hospitals

目的探讨社区医院中药师药学服务模式的应用价值。方法选取300例社区医院患者,对其实施中药师药学服务模式。观察比较实施药学服务模式前后患者满意度及中药房服务质量评分。结果中药师药学服务模式实施后,患者对中药窗口服务态度、服务流程、药师专业知识水平、药物咨询、药品质量和储备、服务水平及中药药方的满意度分别为40.00%、43.33%、44.00%、41.67%、40.00%、46.33%、42.00%,均高于实施前的28.33%、34.00%、35.00%、33.33%、31.67%、37.67%、33.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药师药学服务模式实施后,服务态度、服务流程、药师专业知识水平、药物咨询、药品质量和储备、服务水平、中药药方评分分别为(97.51±1.68)、(97.43±1.65)、(98.15±1.72)、(98.02±1.69)、(94.07±1.34)、(98.25±1.59)、(97.14±1.25)分,均高于实施前的(95.35±1.41)、(94.01±1.18)、(95.83±1.46)、(96.79±1.42)、(91.82±1.03)、(96.96±1.33)、(95.29±1.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区医院中药师药学服务模式的运用有利于获得患者对药学服务的满意及认可,可有效提高中药房服务的整体质量,故而值得予以应用和推广。

Objective To discuss the application value of pharmaceutical care mode for Chinese pharmacists in community hospitals.Methods 300 patients in community hospitals were selected,and the pharmacy care model of Chinese pharmacists were implemented for them.The patient satisfaction and service quality score of traditional Chinese medicine room before and after implementation of pharmaceutical care mode were observed and compared.Results After implementation of pharmaceutical care mode,the the patients’satisfaction with the service attitude of Chinese medicine window,service process,pharmacist’s professional knowledge level,drug consultation,drug quality and reserve,service level and Chinese medicine prescription were 40.00%,43.33%,44.00%,41.67%,40.00%,46.33%and 42.00%respectively,which were higher than 28.33%,34.00%,35.00%,33.33%,31.67%,37.67%and 33.67%before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of pharmaceutical care mode,the scores of service attitude,service process,pharmacist’s professional knowledge level,drug consultation,drug quality and reserve,service level,and Chinese medicine prescriptions were(97.51±1.68),(97.43±1.65),(98.15±1.72),(98.02±1.69),(94.07±1.34),(98.25±1.59),and(97.14±1.25)points,which were higher than(95.35±1.41),(94.01±1.18),(95.83±1.46),(96.79±1.42),(91.82±1.03),(96.96±1.33),and(95.29±1.14)points before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pharmaceutical care mode of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists in community hospitals is conducive to obtaining patients’satisfaction and recognition of pharmaceutical care and improving the overall quality of traditional Chinese medicine room service,so it is worthy of application and promotion.
