自动乳腺全容积超声成像与常规超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值研究

Value of automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging and conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer

目的探讨应用常规超声与自动乳腺全容积超声成像诊断乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析41例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,所有患者入院后均给予常规超声以及自动乳腺全容积超声成像进行检查。对比常规超声和自动乳腺全容积超声成像诊断乳腺癌的准确率。结果两种诊断方案均有不同程度的漏诊和误诊情况。自动乳腺全容积超声成像的乳腺癌诊断准确率为92.68%,高于常规超声的68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规超声与自动乳腺全容积超声成像均可对乳腺癌患者进行有效诊断。其中,自动乳腺全容积超声成像技术诊断准确率更高,通过超声征象差异,可以为临床确诊和患者后续治疗工作提供有效帮助。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging and conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were examined by conventional ultrasound and automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging after admission.The diagnostic accuracy of conventional ultrasound and automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging was compared.Results The two diagnostic schemes had different degrees of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.The accuracy rate of automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging for breast cancer was 92.68%,which was higher than 68.29%of conventional ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both conventional ultrasound and automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging can be effective in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients.The diagnostic accuracy of automatic breast full-volume ultrasound imaging is higher,and the difference in ultrasound signs can be useful for clinical diagnosis and subsequent treatment of patients.
