老年高血压患者综合康复治疗的临床研究

Clinical study of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨老年高血压患者综合康复治疗的临床有效性。方法126例老年高血压患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各63例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采取综合康复治疗。对比两组病情管理效果。结果观察组药物使用、情绪控制、药物依从性评分分别为(65.8±1.8)、(62.6±2.4)、(58.3±2.5)分,均高于对照组的(41.4±1.8)、(40.8±1.7)、(41.6±2.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗可明显改善老年高血压患者药物使用情况、情绪管理能力及药物依从性,临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 126 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of drug use,emotional control,and drug compliance in the observation group were(65.8±1.8),(62.6±2.4),and(58.3±2.5)points,which were higher than(41.4±1.8),(40.8±1.7),and(41.6±2.5)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has significant clinical effect in elderly hypertensive patients,and it can significantly improve drug use,emotional management ability and drug compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
