参地颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎作用机制

Mechanism of Shendi Granule in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

随着中医学的发展,选用中医药制剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎逐渐获得了广大慢性肾炎患者认可。其中,参地颗粒对于慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗取得了不错的疗效,且具有副作用小、成本低等诸多优势。该文作者综合研究近年来参地颗粒相关文献,概述总结了参地颗粒对慢性肾小球肾炎患者足细胞的保护,细胞因子的调节,相关炎症信号通路的调控,细胞外基质过度沉积的抑制,以及参与细胞免疫与凋亡的调节等相关作用机制。

With the development of traditional Chinese medicine,the use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has gradually been recognized by the majority of chronic nephritis patients.Among them,Shendi granules have achieved a good curative effect for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and have many advantages such as small side effects and low cost.The author of this paper has comprehensively studied the relevant literature of Shendi granules in recent years,and summarized the protection of podocytes of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,the regulation of cytokines,the regulation of related inflammatory signaling pathways,and the inhibition of excessive extracellular matrix deposition by Shendi granules.,as well as related mechanisms involved in the regulation of cellular immunity and apoptosis.
