银屑病与代谢综合征中西医相关性探讨

Psoriasis and Metabolic Syndrome Related to Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目前银屑病合并代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome MS)病理机制尚未完全阐明,连接这两种疾病的潜在途径复杂。研究表明,银屑病与MS患者中有相似的炎症因子—肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),白介素-6(IL-6)与瘦素(Leptin)和脂联素(Adiponectin)。中医古籍无MS的概念,根据其临床表现可归类于“肥满”“消渴”“脾瘅”“胸痹”等病的范畴。多数中医学者认为该病的发生与“痰、湿、瘀”密切相关。银屑病相当于中医学的“白疕病”,其发病与痰、湿、瘀紧密相关。因此“痰、湿、瘀”可能是银屑病合并MS的桥梁。作者从两病相似的中西发病因素入手探索银屑病与MS相关性。

At present,the pathological mechanism of psoriasis complicated with metabolic syndrome(metabolic syndrome MS)has not been fully elucidated,and the potential pathways connecting the two diseases are complicated.Studies have shown that psoriasis and MS patients have similar inflammatory factors-tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and leptin and adiponectin.There is no concept of MS in ancient Chinese medicine books,and according to its clinical manifestations,it can be classified into the categories of diseases such as“fat fullness”,“diabetes”,“spleen deflation”and“chest pain”.Most Chinese medicine scholars believe that the occurrence of the disease is closely related to“phlegm,dampness and blood stasis”.Psoriasis is equivalent to“white boil disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,and its incidence is closely related to phlegm,dampness and blood stasis.Therefore,“phlegm,dampness and blood stasis”may be the bridge between psoriasis and MS.The author will explore the correlation between psoriasis and MS from the similar Chinese and Western pathogenic factors of the two diseases.
