王世荣从“络”论治IgA肾病经验

Experience of WANG Shirong in Treating IgA Nephropathy from"Collaterals"

基于现代医学IgA肾病的病因病机特点结合络病学的内涵,王世荣教授认为肾络失调是IgA肾病发生发展的核心病机,临床发展变化可分为络体受损、络失荣养、络脉瘀痹,根据叶天士“络以通为用”,治疗从“通”出发,以调畅肾络为要,采用祛邪宁络、补虚荣络、化瘀通络之法,使络中气血和顺,正气得复,疾病得安。

Based on the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of IgA nephropathy in modern medicine combined with the connotation of collateral disease,Professor WANG Shirong believes that kidney and collateral disorders are the core pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of IgA nephropathy.For the stasis of collaterals,according to YE Tianshi’s“collateral for the purpose”,the treatment starts from“passage”,focusing on regulating the kidney collaterals,using the methods of expelling evil and calming collaterals,tonifying vanity collaterals,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,so as to make the Qi in the collaterals.The blood is in harmony,the righteousness is restored,and the disease is at peace.
