针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床取穴配伍的数据挖掘研究

Data Mining Research on the Compatibility of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency-cold Gastric Ulcer

目的:借助数据挖掘方法对68篇针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床取穴配伍规律进行分析,研究取穴规律。方法:对近十年CNKI数据库收录的主题为针灸治疗胃溃疡的文献进行检索,确证数据挖掘所得规律与临床诊疗规律的一致性,该文对68篇脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡治疗数据进行分组统计、关联规则算法、聚类分析,研究取穴配伍规律。结果:取穴应用频次最多的穴位分别是中脘、足三里、内关、幽门、胃俞、脾俞、公孙、天枢、关元、肝俞;腧穴使用频次前三位的经脉分别是任脉、足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经;取穴所在位置集中在胸腹部和下肢部;俞募配穴和合募配穴(中脘和足三里、脾俞和足三里)是使用频次最高的腧穴配伍;聚类结果表明脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床取穴配伍方案在腧穴选择、所属经络和部位具有较大相异性。结论:通过数据挖掘方法可以看出,选取适宜的腧穴相互搭配进行治疗,对针灸治疗的效果有正向促进作用。

Objective:With the help of data mining method,to analyze the law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type,and to study the law of acupoint selection.Methods:The CNKI database in the past ten years was searched for the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastric ulcer to confirm the consistency between the data mining rules and the clinical diagnosis and treatment rules.This article grouped 68 treatment data of gastric ulcer with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type.Association rule algorithm,cluster analysis,study the compatibility law of acupoint selection.Results:The most frequently used acupoints were Zhongwan(RN12),Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(PC6),Youmen(KI21),Weishu(BL21),Pishu(BL20),Gongsun(SP4),Tianshu(ST25),Guanyuan(RN4),and Ganshu(BL18);the first three meridians were Ren Pulse,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian;the location of acupoint selection is concentrated on the chest,abdomen and lower limbs;Shumu matching points and Hemu matching points(Zhongwan(RN12)and Zusanli(ST36),Pishu(BL20)and Zusanli(ST36))are the most frequently used The clustering results show that the clinical acupoint compatibility of the spleen-stomach-deficiency-cold gastric ulcer is quite different in the selection of acupoints,the meridian and the location.Conclusion:The data mining method provides a new idea and basis for the clinical acupuncture point selection and compatibility law of acupuncture treatment of gastric ulcer.
