摘要
目的:探究类风湿关节炎(RA)中医证型与舌区红外相对热态差值(ΔT)的关系。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年12月入湖南中医药大学附属垫江县中医院就诊且符合纳入标准的RA患者100例;同期健康体检者100例纳入对照组。对RA患者进行辨证分型并对两组200例患者舌区行红外热像采集,分析不同证型之间以及实验组与对照组之间舌区ΔT的差异。结果:RA各证型与正常对照组舌区ΔT存在肾虚寒凝证<风寒湿阻证<气血不足证=正常对照组<痰瘀痹阻证<肝肾阴虚证<风湿热郁证的关系。结论:临床诊断中可以通过采集RA患者舌区的ΔT来对患者进行更加精确的辨证分型。
Objective:To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome types of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and the infrared relative thermal state difference(ΔT)in the tongue area.Methods:From September 2019 to December 2020,100 RA patients who were admitted to Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were selected;100 healthy subjects during the same period were included in the control group.Differential types of RA patients were conducted,and infrared thermal images were collected from the tongue region of 200 patients in the two groups to analyze the differences in tongue region ΔT between different syndrome types and between the experimental group and the control group.RESULTS:There were kidney deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome<wind-cold-damp-stagnation syndrome<qiblood deficiency syndrome in RA syndrome types and normal control group in tongue region ΔT=normal control group<phlegm-stasis-bi-blocking syndrome<liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome<rheumatism-heat depression syndrome relation.Conclusion:In clinical diagnosis,the ΔT of the tongue region of RA patients can be collected for more accurate syndrome differentiation.
