健脾化痰方治疗社区H型高血压痰浊内蕴证临床观察

Observation of clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan Recipe in tr eating community H-type hypertension with phlegm-turbid syndrome

目的:探讨健脾化痰方治疗社区H型高血压痰浊内蕴证患者的临床效果。方法:选取于本社区就诊的H型高血压痰浊内蕴证患者118例,按照就诊顺序编号后,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各59例。对照组患者予以西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采取健脾化痰方进行治疗。比较2组中医证候疗效、降压效果、中医证候评分和血清学指标水平。结果:观察组中医证候疗效总有效率为93.22%,明显高于对照组的77.97%(P<0.05)。观察组降压总有效率为91.53%,明显高于对照组的76.27%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后头痛、眩晕、胸闷、呕吐主要症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化痰方应用于社区H型高血压健脾化痰方患者的治疗中,有助于提高降压效果和中医证候疗效,缓解患者临床症状,降低患者Hcy水平,改善血脂水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan Recipe in treating community H-type hypertension with phlegm-turbid internal syndrome.Methods:A total of 118 patients with H-type hypertension with phlegm turbidity syndrome who were treated in the community were selected.After being numbered according to the order of treatment,they were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine,and the observation group was given Jianpi Huatan prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,antihypertensive effects,TCM syndrome scores and serological index levels were compared between the two group.Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 93.22%,which was significantly higher than 77.97% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of antihypertensive in the observation group was 91.53%,which was significantly higher than 76.27% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptom scores of headache,dizziness,chest tightness and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were significantly improved.in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jianpi Huatan Decoction in the treatment of community H-type hypertension patients with Jianpi Huatan Decoction can help to improve the antihypertensive effect and the efficacy of TCM syndromes,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of Hcy,and improve the level of blood lipids.
