摘要
脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)主要是指脑组织在缺血后再次获得血液灌注,缺血组织损伤反而加重的现象。研究表明,众多信号通路参与了CIRI发生发展过程,涉及炎症反应、细胞凋亡、氧化应激等诸多病理环节。近年来,众多学者开展了中医药防治CIRI相关信号通路转导的系列研究,并取得了较好的成果,初步阐明了中医药防治CIRI的分子作用机制。作者就近年来中医药调控CIRI相关信号通路的研究作一综述,以期为中医药防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的深入研究提供参考依据及思路。
Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI)mainly refers to the phenomenon that the brain tissue obtains blood perfusion again after ischemia,and the ischemic tissue injury is aggravated.Studies have shown that many signaling pathways are involved in the development of CIRI,involving inflammatory response,apoptosis,oxidative stress and many other pathological links.In recent years,many scholars have carried out a series of studies on the transduction of CIRI-related signaling pathways in the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and have achieved good results,preliminarily clarifying the molecular mechanism of TCM in the prevention and treatment of CIRI.This paper reviews the research on the regulation of CIRI-related signaling pathways by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide reference and ideas for the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by traditional Chinese medicine.
