河南省县域产业结构演进的时空特征分析

Temporal-Spatial Characteristics of Industrial Structure Evolution at County Level in Henan

了解产业结构演进的时空特征对促进河南省县域经济协调发展具有重要的价值。采用产业结构熵、产业就业偏差系数、产业结构转换速度系数等指标,对河南各县市2009年、2014年和2019年产业结构演进状态进行测度与比较,进而采用偏离-份额法对2009-2014年和2014-2019年两个时段产业结构演进过程进行分析。研究表明,尽管各县市产业结构在向高级化、有序化方向演进,但大多数县市的三次产业比重还较为均衡。但是,偏离-份额分析显示,产业演进过程中增长速度高于全省平均水平的地域大幅度拓展,尤其是豫东、豫东南广大地区由滞后增长型向竞争推动型的变迁彰显了河南东部地区强劲的经济发展势态。

The temporal and spatial characteristics of the evolution of industrial structure are of great value to promote the coordinated development of county economy in Henan Province.The industrial evolution trend at county level in Henan is quantificationally estimated and compared in 2009,2014 and 2019,based on the correlative methods in industrial economy,such as industrial structure entropy index,industrial employment deviation coefficient,velocity index of industrial structure conversion and so on.And then,the quantitative characteristics of the internal structure evolution in the two periods of 2009-2014 and 2014-2019 are discussed by the shift-share method,and also the industrial evolution type is divided.Results show that:In spite of the county industrial structure have been evolving to a high-level and orderly direction,but the proportion of three industries is balanced in the regional economy.But Shift-share analysis shows that the regions in which the growth rate is higher than the average level had greatly expanded,especially in the eastern and southeastern Henan the growth type have been transformed from the lagged growth type to the competition promotion type,which demonstrates that a strong momentum of economic development has appeared in eastern Henan.
