摘要
针对工业化生产中,粗品碳酸锂通过碳化提纯的过程,分析碳化过程的变量,包括粗品碳酸锂浆料密度、粗品碳酸锂浆料流量、碳酸氢锂热析母液流量、碳酸氢锂热析母液密度和碳化反应温度,通过多变量分析和变量变换,将影响碳化过程的多变量转化为在某一碳化反应温度条件下,碳酸锂浆料流量与热析母液流量之间的单一变量的控制逻辑,设计了碳化过程自动化连续稳定的控制模式,实现了碳化工艺连续自动化的运行,提高了生产效率及产品质量的稳定性。
Analyzed the variables of lithium carbonate carbonization for lithium carbonate purificationincluding crude lithium carbonate slurry density and flow,lithium hydrogen carbonate digestion mother liquor flow and density,and carbonation temperature.Transformed the multi-variables of carbonation process as a single variable between crude lithium carbonate slurry flow and lithium hydrogen carbonatedigestion mother liquor flow under a carbonation temperature through multi-variables analysis and variable transformation.Improved the production efficiency and the stability of product qualityby designing a process for controlling running of lithium carbonate carbonization continuously and automatically.
