贵州西部某玄武岩型钛矿工艺矿物学研究

摘要 贵州西部某玄武岩型钛矿采用常规的重选、重选-磁选、浮选等选矿工艺难以使矿石中的锐钛矿得到有效分选回收,为了合理利用国家钛矿资源,需要进行高效回收钛的选冶技术研究。本文通过显微镜及扫描电镜考查,并结合化学多元素分析,查明矿石的主要矿物成分,并通过钛矿工艺矿物学的研究,剖析贵州西部某玄武岩型钛矿影响钛选的矿物学因素。 It is difficult to effectively separate and recover anatase in a basalt type titanium ore in western Guizhou by using conventional gravity separation,gravity separation magnetic separation,flotation and other beneficiation processes.In order to make rational use of national titanium resources,it is necessary to study the beneficiation and metallurgy technology for efficient recovery of titanium.Through the examination of microscope and scanning electron microscope,combined with chemical multi-element analysis,this paper finds out the main mineral components of the ore,and analyzes the mineralogical factors affecting titanium separation of a basalt type titanium ore in western Guizhou through the study of titanium ore process mineralogy.
