露天矿山剥岩工作线优化和内排探讨 被引量:1

摘要 结合矿山矿体赋存分布和设备配备的特点,在扩帮过渡期间,调整扩帮工作线布置形式,南部和北部横向布置、中部纵向条带布置采剥工作线,加快南北两部位的采剥延深速度,实现北部首先采矿、南部按计划适时采矿,中部适当降低延深速度延缓剥岩量,并确保矿山均衡剥采比和矿石稳产;同时扩帮南部较早到露天底结束开采,实现扩帮中部和北部及主采场的剥岩内排,降低运输成本,增补矿山排土场容积。 According to the characteristics of ore body occurrence and equipment allocation,during the transition period of expanding,the layout form of expanding lines are adjusted.The horizontal expanding lines are set in the south and north parts,and the longitudinal expanding wording lines are set in the middle part,so as to accelerate the stripping speed in the south and north parts,the goals of first mining in the north,timely mining in the south,and the proper reduction of the extension speed in the middle are realized,and the balanced stripping ratio and stable ore production are ensured.At the same time,the south part of open-pit mine is earlier to finish mining,so as to realize the rock stripping and the internal dumping in the middle and north part and the main stope,reducing the transportation cost and supplementing the volume of the mine dump.
