摘要
针对铝电解槽电解质体系锂盐含量高,某电解铝企业持续推进电解生产工艺优化,通过调整电压、分子比、两水平等主要技术条件,改善电解槽供料系统、加强炉底检查处理等技术措施,较好的克服了电解质体系锂盐含量高带来的氧化铝溶解不良、沉淀易生长等不利影响,保持了电解槽的稳定高效生产。
For aluminum electrolytic cell electrolyte system lithium salt content is high,an electrolytic aluminum enterprise continuously promote electrolytic production process optimization,by adjusting the voltage,molecular ratio,two levels and other main technical conditions,improve the electrolytic cell feed system,strengthen the furnace bottom inspection treatment and other technical measures,better overcome the electrolyte system of poor alumina dissolution,precipitation growth adverse effects,maintain the stable and efficient production of electrolytic cell.
