电解铝企业具有一定的特殊性,多数电解铝企业特别是电解工的流失率较高,每年的流失率为20%-30%,生产作业现场中工作年限超过三年的职工所占比例较低,同时企业的人才引进力度不足,缺乏安全知识与技能的新职工,企业工作人员主要为中年以上务工人员,未掌握相关安全知识与技能,安全意识明显不足,因此导致电解铝企业的安全管理效能低下,生产作业过程中伴随着一定的风险隐患,不确定因素较多。因此做好安全教育工作具有重要的意义,能够有效强化工作人员的安全意识,加大安全知识的普及力度,对于提高企业的安全管理与操作水平具有重要的意义。基于此,本文对安全教育在电解铝企业安全管理中的重要性展开分析。

Electrolytic aluminum enterprises have certain particularity.Most electrolytic aluminum enterprises,especially electrolytic workers,have a high turnover rate,with an annual turnover rate of 20%-30%.The proportion of employees who have worked for more than three years in the production and operation site is low.At the same time,the introduction of talents is insufficient and new employees who lack safety knowledge and skills,The staff of the enterprise are mainly middle-aged and above migrant workers,who do not master relevant safety knowledge and skills,and their safety awareness is obviously insufficient.Therefore,the safety management efficiency of electrolytic aluminum enterprises is low,and there are certain hidden dangers and many uncertain factors in the process of production and operation.Therefore,doing a good job of safety education is of great significance.It can effectively strengthen the safety awareness of staff and increase the popularization of safety knowledge,which is of great significance to improve the safety management and operation level of enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of safety education in the safety management of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
