摘要
试样与偏硼酸锂按质量比1:20在铂坩埚中混匀,在高温下熔融,用稀盐酸超声提取,用电感耦合等离子提发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定其中的锶、钡、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠、氧化锰、五氧化二磷和二氧化钛,在标准工作溶液中加入对应浓度的偏硼酸锂来消除基体干扰,经国家能力验证计划验证,锶、钡等11个组分的Z比分数绝对值均小于2。用国家标准物质GBW07393进行验证试验,各组分测定结果相对偏差在-3.81%~1.29%,相对误差在-4.05%~3.27%。
The sample and lithium metaborate are mixed in a platinum crucible at a mass ratio of 1:20,melted at high temperature,and extracted by dilute hydrochloric acid,Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPOES)determine strontium,barium,aluminum oxide,iron oxide,calcium oxide,magnesium oxide,potassium oxide,sodium oxide,manganese oxide,phosphorus pentoxide and titanium dioxide,and add the corresponding concentration of lithium metaborate to the standard working solution to eliminate matrix interference.According to the verification of the national capacity verification plan,the absolute value of Z specific fraction of 11 components such as strontium and barium is less than 2 The validation test of national standard material GBW07393 shows that the relative deviation of each component is -3.81%~1.29%,and the relative error is -4.05%~3.27%.
