摘要
结合地质类、材料类等学科对仪器分析教学的需求以及色谱、质谱前沿技术,设计了基于不同咖啡因检测方法的仪器分析实验。实验分别基于高效液相色谱、毛细管电泳、低分辨质谱和高分辨质谱建立了测定咖啡因的分析方法,以可乐中咖啡因的测定为例对上述4种测定方法的可行性、可靠性和适用性进行分析,强调了高分辨质谱的定性识别能力。该实验不仅包括基础分析和常规仪器操作,还引入了前沿的质谱解析技术,将基础理论知识的巩固、仪器分析能力的提升和前沿科学技术的学习有机融合,同时利用贴近生活的实验研究,激发学生的科研兴趣,提高学生的科研素养和创新能力。
Combined with the teaching requirements of instrumental analysis for chromatography and mass spectrometry,an instrumental analysis experiment based on different caffeine detection methods is designed.In this experiment,four analytical methods for the detection of caffeine based on high-performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,low-resolution mass spectrometry,and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)are established.The feasibility,reliability and applicability of the four methods are evaluated based on detection of caffeine in cola,and the qualitative ability of HRMS is emphasized.Mass spectrometry analysis technology,the operation of basic analysis,and conventional instrument are introduced in the experiment.The experiment integrates the consolidation of basic theoretical knowledge,the improvement of instrument analysis ability and the learning of advanced technology,and uses real-life experimental research,which is conducive to stimulating students’interest and improving their scientific innovation ability.
