摘要
依据扎根理论对当前高校实验室安全管理领域相关文献进行开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择性编码,确定得出核心范畴、主范畴和基本范畴,并通过与安全科学经典理论对比分析,辨识出实验室安全管理缺漏之处。基于此,构建了高校实验室风险因子体系,具体涵盖人员素质、实验室安全管理、实验室环境、危化品及仪器等4个核心因子,以期为高校实验室安全管理提供参考。
Based on the grounded theory,this paper conducts the open coding,spindle coding,and selective coding on the current laboratory safety research literature,and derives the core categories,main categories and basic categories.Through the comparative analysis with the classical theory of safety science,the deficiencies of laboratory safety management are identified.Based on this,the risk factor system of the university laboratory is carried out,which specifically covers four core factors such as the personnel quality,laboratory safety management,laboratory environment,hazardous chemicals and instruments,in order to provide reference for university laboratory safety management.
