目的探索灾害事故救治医院心理援助体系的构建和实施。方法十堰6·13事故救治医院(十堰市太和医院)组织配合国家及省级专家成立心理援助小组,由救援总指挥部统一指挥、领导。心理援助小组与患者建立联结,分类分级进行心理援助,实现灾害事故患者及时、规范、高效的心理救援。结果在对十堰6·13事故患者实施心理救援的过程中,逐步探索形成了管理机制、任务目标、组织实施、工作原则、工作流程等健全的心理援助体系和工作机制,并应用于临床实践中,取得了良好的效果。结论灾难事故救治医院应及时组建专业心理援助团队,科学、有序地开展心理援助工作。

Objective To explore the construction and implementation of psychological assistance system in disaster accident treatment hospital.Methods accident treatment hospital(Shiyan Taihe Hospital)organized and cooperated with national and provincial experts to establish a psychological assistance team,which was under the unified command and leadership of the rescue headquarters.The psychological assistance team establishes a connection with patients,and carries out psychological assistance by classification and classification,so as to realize timely,standardized and efficient psychological rescue for disaster and accident patients.Results In the process of psychological rescue for the patients of accident,a sound psychological assistance system and working mechanism were gradually explored and formed,such as management mechanism,task objectives,organization and implementation,working principles and working process.It was applied to clinical practice and achieved good results.Conclusion A professional psychological assistance team should be established in time to carry out psychological assistance scientifically and orderly.
