滇西北地区旅游从业者急救技能现状与需求研究

Research on the present situation and needs of first aid of tourism practitioners in Northwest Yunnan

目的了解滇西北地区旅游从业者急救技能现状及需求情况,为制定卫生政策和干预方法、降低出游者出游意外事故发生率以促进滇西北旅游业稳步发展提供依据。方法用方便抽样的方法对滇西北地区的115名景区工作者、72名导游进行问卷调查。结果89.6%的景区工作者和94.4%的导游有急救知识及技能的学习需求,其中二者对急救知识及技能具体项目学习需求排在前三位的都依次为心肺复苏、创伤急救四大技术、高原反应处理。结论滇西北地区旅游从业者急救知识学习意愿强,医疗卫生及旅游单位应结合具体情况对导游、景区工作者进行医疗救护方面的培训,以整体促进滇西北旅游业的稳步发展。

Objective to understand the first aid status and demand of tourism practitioners in Northwest Yunnan,so as to provide basis for formulating health policies and intervention methods,reducing the incidence of travel accidents,and promoting the steady development of tourism in Northwest Yunnan.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 115 scenic spot workers and 72 tour guides in Northwest Yunnan by convenient sampling method.Results 89.6%of the scenic workers and 94.4%of the tour guides had the learning needs of first aid knowledge and skills,and the top three of them were cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),trauma first aid technology and high altitude reaction treatment.Conclusion Tourism practitioners in Northwest Yunnan have strong willingness to learn first aid knowledge.Medical and health units and tourism units should train tour guides and scenic spot workers in terms of medical aid according to specific conditions,so as to promote the steady development of tourism in Northwest Yunnan as a whole.
