摘要 以陕西某小区装配式住宅楼为例,介绍装配式建筑电气设计要点,重点分析叠合楼板和预制墙板中电气设备的电气拆分方法,同时针对智慧建筑的发展方向,阐述基于信息化手段的装配式建筑智能化发展前景。 This paper takes the prefabricated residential building of a certain community in Shaanxi as an example to introduce the key points of electrical design of prefabricated building,and focus on the analysis of electrical splitting methods of electrical equipment in composite floor slabs and prefabricated wall panels.At the same time,this paper also explains the intelligent development prospect of prefabricated building based on the informatization methods,in light of the development direction of smart building.
