摘要
研究广西在西部陆海新通道建设应以广西南宁为重要节点,以进出口边境口岸物流为主要研究对象,在基础地理数据、传统统计数据和开放的口岸及口岸载体城市原始数据的支持下,首先,采用定性和定量相结合的方法选出口岸的一级枢纽和备选二级枢纽城市;其次,运用p-中值模型对各口岸枢纽进行重新定位,将统计所需的数据导入模型中;然后,运用lingo18.0软件进行编程和求解,再结合西部陆海新通道的发展背景,对枢纽节点的辐射范围进行调整划分;最终,建设形成“一核两枢纽两圈”的网络枢纽布局,南宁为核心,防城港、崇左作为物流圈的核心物流枢纽,覆盖9个陆路边境口岸,形成两个物流圈。通过对西部陆海新通道下广西陆路边境口岸物流枢纽体系构建的研究,为今后优化物流枢纽体系建设、提高口岸竞争力和发展物流经济提供可行的参考建议。
The studieson the constructi on of Guangxi s new western land-sea corridor should take Nanning as an important node,and the logistics of import and export border ports as the main research object.With the support of basic geographic data,traditional statistical data,and the original data of open ports and port carrier cities,first of all,this article adopts a method of combinating qualitative and quantitative analyses to select the first-level hubs and candidate second-level hub cities of the export port;secondly,uses the p-median model to reposition each port hub,and introduces the data required for statistics into the model;then,uses lingo18.0 software for programming and solving,and combines with the development background of the new western land-sea corridor to adjust and divide the radiation range of the hub node;finally,the network hub layout of“one core,two hubs and two circles”is built,where Nanning is the core,and Fangchenggang and Chongzuo are the core logistics hubs of the logistics circle,covering 9 land border ports,forming two logistics circles.Through the research on the construction of Guangxi land border port logistics hub system under the new western land-sea corridor,this article provides feasible reference suggestions for optimizing the construction of logistics hub system,improving port competitiveness and developing logistics economy in the future.
