The logistics enterprises adduced in this paper are the logistics supply chain integration pilot project of a large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise group and the conclusion is obtained from the in-depth analysis based on specific examples in the project operation process which can provide managers with certain decision-making support,and has a certain reference significance.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the research status of warehousing capacity standardization and resource allocation in logistics enterprises,expounds the theoretical basis for solving the problems,and puts forward several problem-solving strategies,hoping to provide some help to the workers in the same industry.
