摘要
物流作为新零售实现线上线下服务体验的重要保证,其在大数据背景下的智慧化程度日益增强。虽然新零售模式下智慧物流前景广阔,但也出现了客户产品需求难匹配、平台服务效率待提升、社会监管制度不健全等突出问题。文中从智慧物流所面临的机遇与挑战入手,以新零售下物流典范——盒马鲜生为例,探究在新零售物流中应用数据分析具有优化物资管控、减少逆向流转、掌控全程信息等价值。在此基础上从应用、仿真、服务、支撑、数据、终端这六个层面构建数据分析云平台,结合数据原理全面剖析云平台在物流领域的预期效益。
As an important guarantee for new retail to achieve online and offline service experience,logistics has become increasingly intelligent in the context of big data.Although the prospect of smart logistics under the new retail model is broad,there are also outstanding problems such as the difficulty in matching product needs with customers,platform service efficiency to be improved,and imperfect social supervision system.This article starts with the opportunities and challenges faced by smart logistics,and takes Freshippo,a logistics model in new retail,as an example,to explore the value of applying data analysis in new retail logistics,like optimizing material management and control,reducing reverse flow,and controlling the entire process of information.On this basis,a data analysis cloud platform is constructed from the six levels of application,simulation,service,support,data,and terminal,and the expected benefits of the cloud platform in the logistics field are comprehensively analyzed in combination with data principles.
