Research on Intelligent Logistics Operation Management under the New Development Pattern——Taking Jingdong Logistics as an Example

加快形成双循环新发展格局是我国基于当前国内外发展形势作出的重大判断和战略抉择,而智慧物流无疑是新发展格局形成的重要驱动。文中基于新发展格局视角,关注智慧物流的内涵及发展趋势,并选取行业龙头企业京东物流为例,分析其智慧物流的发展进程及成果以及在运营管理中存在的问题,据此提出相应的解决措施,从而为其他物流企业的运营管理提供一定参考。

Accelerating the formation of a new dual cycle development pattern is a major judgment and strategic choice made by China based on the current development situation both at home and abroad,and intelligent logistics is undoubtedly an important driving force for the formation of the new development pattern.From the perspective of the new development pattern,this paper pays attention to the connotation and development trend of intelligent logistics,selects Jingdong Logistics recognized as the leading enterprise in the industry as an example,analyzes its development process and achievements of intelligent logistics,as well as the problems existing in operation management,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide some references for the operation and management of other logistics enterprises.
