摘要
“1+X”证书制度试点工作的开展给物流管理专业人才培养带来了重大机遇。以湖南为例,对现有的首批“1+X”试点职业院校开展调研,重点关注物流管理专业的人才培养方案,目前物流管理专业人才培养方案的问题主要体现在调研对象单一、结合方式不精准,双师型师资队伍建设缺乏系统性,试点院校实训基地具备优势、推广性不强等问题,同时提出了结合“1+X”证书制度修订物流管理人才培养方案的相关建议,为其他研究者提供相关的参考依据。
The development of the pilot work of“1+X”certificate system has brought great opportunities to the training of logistics management professionals.Taking Hunan as an example,this paper conducted research on the first batch of“1+X”pilot vocational colleges,focusing on the talent training program of logistics management specialty.At present,the problems of talent training program of logistics management specialty are mainly reflected in the single research object and inaccurate combination method.The construction of double qualified teachers is lack of systematicness.The training base of pilot colleges has advantages but poor promotion.At the same time,it puts forward relevant suggestions to revise the training scheme of logistics management talents in combination with the“1+X”certificate system,so as to provide relevant references for other researchers.
