新工科背景下学科竞赛驱动物流工程专业创新能力培养研究 被引量:4

摘要 立足新工科建设背景下高素质复合型人才培养需求,对学科竞赛驱动物流工程专业本科生创新能力培养展开研究。围绕学科竞赛,现有教学模式在教学设计、受众面、教学质量监控和反馈等方面面临问题,不利于学生创新能力培养。在分析了新工科背景下开展学科竞赛意义的基础上,文中针对如何依托学科竞赛培养创新能力,从渐进式培养、课程教学改革、长期团队培养等角度提出一些实施策略,以期在丰富学生专业知识体系的同时,实现本专业学生创新能力的培养。 Considering the training requirements of high-quality compound talents under the emerging engineering education,the creative ability training mode of logistics engineering major driven by discipline competitions is studied.Around the discipline competition,the existing teaching mode faces problems in teaching design,audience,teaching quality monitoring and feedback,which are not conducive to the cultivation of students creative ability.Based on the analysis of the significance of discipline competitions under emerging engineering education,some implementation strategies including progressive training,curriculum teaching reform,long-term team training are proposed while considering how to train the creative ability through discipline competitions,so as to enrich students professional knowledge system and meanwhile realize the trainning of their creative ability.
