摘要
中高职院校“3+2”贯通人才培养模式已成为一种普遍的办学模式,与普通教育具有同等重要地位。阐述当前高职院校“3+2”学生特点和职业核心能力现状,分析存在的问题,从学校、企业和学生层面提出“3+2”学生职业核心能力提升的培养路径。
The"3+2"talent through-training mode has become a common mode of running school in middle and higher vocational colleges,which is equally important with general education.This paper expounds the characteristics and current status of"3+2"students'vocational core competence in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the cultivation path of"3+2"students'vocational core competence improvement from the level of schools,enterprises and students.
