中医治疗胃病中健康干预管理的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Health Intervention Management in the Treatment of Stomach Diseases by Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的评估中医治疗胃病中健康干预管理的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月-2021年10月该院消化内科工作的医务人员32名为研究对象,按照随机抽签分组法分为两组,参比组16名应用基础方式管理,观察组16名应用健康干预管理。分析对比两组医务人员管理后的测评成绩、工作能力和管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员测评成绩、工作能力均优于参比组,且管理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对消化内科医务人员进行管理时,应用健康干预管理能够提升医务人员认知水平,锻炼其工作能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of health intervention management in TCM treatment of gastric diseases.Methods 32 medical staff working in the department of Gastroenterology from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random lottery method,16 people in the reference group were managed by basic methods,and 16 people in the observation group were managed by health intervention.The evaluation results,work ability and management satisfaction of two groups of medical staff after management were analyzed and compared.Results After management,the evaluation performance and work ability of the medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the management satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff in gastroenterology,the application of health intervention management can improve the cognitive level of medical staff,exercise their work ability,and improve management satisfaction.
