神经科患者压力性损伤管理中护理三级质控的应用效果

Application Effect of Three-level Nursing Quality Control in the Management of Pressure Injury in Neurology Patients

目的探析神经科患者压力性损伤管理中护理三级质控的应用效果。方法随机选取2020年10月—2021年10月该院神经科工作的医务人员42名为研究对象,按照随机抽签分组法分为两组,参比组21名医务人员应用常规护理管理模式,观察组21名医务人员应用护理三级质控管理模式。分析两组神经科医务人员管理后的神经科知识了解情况、压力性损伤管理知识了解情况、工作能力和管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的神经科知识和压力性损伤管理知识了解情况均优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对神经科工作的医务人员进行管理时,使用护理三级质控管理模式能够丰富医务人员神经科知识,提高医务人员压力性损伤管理认知,增强工作能力,提高管理服务质量,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of three-level nursing quality control in the management of pressure ulcers in neurology patients.Methods 42 medical staff working in the neurology department of the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random drawing method.21 medical staff in the reference group applied the routine nursing management model,and 21 medical staff in the observation group applied the nursing three-level quality control management model.The neurological knowledge,pressure ulcer management knowledge,work ability and management satisfaction of the two groups of neurological medical staff after management were analyzed.Results After management,the medical staff in the observation group had better understanding of neurological knowledge and pressure ulcer management than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in neurology,using the nursing three-level quality control management model can enrich medical staff's neurological knowledge,improve medical staff's cognition of pressure ulcer management,enhance work ability,and improve management service quality,which is worthy of application.
