脑卒中鼻饲患者管理中应用持续质量改进的价值

The Value of Applying Continuous Quality Improvement in the Management of Stroke Patients with Nasal Feeding

目的分析持续质量改进在脑卒中鼻饲患者管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年9月该院16名医护人员作为研究对象。根据不同时间节点所开展的管理方法不同分为两组。于2020年8月—2021年2月对医护人员实施常规管理(参考组);于2021年3—9月对医护人员实施持续质量改进管理(研究组)。比较两组管理效果评分、管理质量评分、管理办法评分及管理满意度情况。结果参考组管理效果、管理质量及管理办法各项评分较研究组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理满意度显著高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将持续质量改进应用于脑卒中鼻饲患者管理中,有助于全面提升科室管理效果以及医护人员管理质量,促进医护人员综合素质水平提升,降低科室不良事件发生概率,同时有着较高的管理办法评分及患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of continuous quality improvement in the management of stroke patients with nasal feeding.Methods 16 medical staff from August 2020 to September 2021 in the hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the different management methods carried out at different time points,they were divided into two groups.Routine management of healthcare workers(reference group)from August 2020 to February 2021.Implement continuous quality improvement management(study group)for medical staff from March to September 2021.The management effect score,management quality score,management method score and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The management effect,management quality and management method of the reference group were significantly lower than those of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in the management of stroke patients with nasal feeding is helpful to comprehensively improve the management effect of the department and the management quality of medical staff.Promote the improvement of the overall quality of medical staff and reduce the probability of adverse events in the department.At the same time,it has high management method scores and patient satisfaction.
