PDCA管理模式在降低中药房药品调剂差错率中的应用

Application of PDCA Management Mode in Reducing the Error Rate of Drug Dispensing in Traditional Chinese Pharmacies

目的探究PDCA循环管理模式对降低中药房药品调剂差错率的效果,促进中药处方合理性。方法将2018年1—6月中药房发放的药品处方数28898张设为参照组,2018年7—12月实施PDCA循环管理模式方法后中药房发放的药品处方数29387张设为PDCA组。比较两组调剂差错率、取药等候时间及患者满意度。结果PDCA组调剂差错率为0.34%(101/29387),参照组调剂差错率为1.24%(357/28898),PDCA组差错率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=148.598,P<0.001)。PDCA组取药等候时间短于参照组[(3.64±0.31)min vs(4.38±0.43)min],患者对药物使用方法交代、药师服务态度、满意度评分均显著高于参照组[(4.55±0.35)分vs(3.69±0.27)分,(4.53±0.38)分vs(3.94±0.20)分,(4.48±0.39)分vs(3.67±0.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理法有助于增强门诊中药房药师对药品知识掌握程度,降低药品调剂差错率,缩短取药等待时间,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management mode on reducing the error rate of drug dispensing in TCM pharmacies,and to promote the rationality of TCM prescriptions.Methods 28898 drug prescriptions issued by the traditional Chinese medicine room from January to June 2018 were set as the reference group,and 29387 drug prescriptions issued by the traditional Chinese medicine room after the implementation of PDCA circular management mode from July to December 2018 were set as the PDCA group.The dispensing error rate,waiting time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The adjustment error rate of PDCA group was 0.34%(101/29387)and that of reference group was 1.24%(357/28898).The error rate of PDCA group was significantly lower than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=148.598,P<0.001).The waiting time for taking medicine in PDCA group was shorter than that in the reference group[(3.64±0.31)min vs(4.38±0.43)min].The patients'explanation of drug use methods,pharmacist service attitude and satisfaction score were significantly better than those in the reference group[(4.55±0.35)points vs(3.69±0.27)points,(4.53±0.38)points vs(3.94±0.20)points,(4.48±0.39)points vs(3.67±0.32)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method is helpful to enhance the knowledge of medicine,reduce the error rate of medicine dispensing,shorten the waiting time for taking medicine,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
