精细化管理应用在泌尿外科护理管理中的价值

The Value of Refined Management Application in Urological Nursing Management

目的探讨在泌尿外科护理管理中精细化管理模式的实施效果,并对其应用价值进行评估。方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2021年1月乌兰察布市中心医院在职的10名泌尿外科护士的管理方法。以2018年2月—2019年1月期间施行常态化护理管理的护士为对照组,2020年1月—2021年1月实施精细化管理的护士为研究组。观察比较两组护理管理质量评分量表改善水准以及直接护理时间、护理病历书写时间。结果研究组护士各量表的评分均高于对照组,直接护理时间及病历书写时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理理念引导下的护理管理方案能有效提高泌尿外科护理管理质量,在改善护士技能掌握水准的同时对患者的护理成效也起到正向协调作用。

Objective To explore the implementation effect of the refined management model in urological nursing management,and to evaluate the application value.Methods Retrospective analysis of 10 in-service urological nurse in Ulanqab Central Hospital from February 2018 to January 2021.The nurses who implemented normal nursing management from February 2018 to January 2019 were as the control group,and the nurses who implemented refined management from January 2020 to January 2021 were as the study group.The improvement level of the nursing management quality rating scale,the direct nursing time,and the writing time of nursing medical records were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The scores of nurses in the study group were improved more than those in the control group,and the time for direct nursing and medical record writing were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management plan guided by the concept of refined management can effectively improve the quality of urological nursing management.While improving the mastery of nurses'skills,it also plays a positive role in coordinating the nursing effectiveness of patients.
